As a Staff Accountant, your role will focus on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions.

You will

· Entering and reconciling accounts payable and ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.

· Communicating with vendors on any questions and/or issues

· Entering expense report data, maintaining records, and generating reports using Concur.

· Preparing weekly payment runs for review and payment

· Performing bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of bank statements and internal records.

· Maintaining prepaid and fixed asset depreciation schedules.

· Performing credit card reconciliations to reconcile transactions and ensure accuracy. · Assisting in maintaining the general ledger to accurately reflect financial transactions and generating reports and financial statements using NetSuite.

· Providing support during the monthly close process by preparing financial reconciliations and journal entries.

· Assisting in the quarterly/annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and support.

· Assisting with AR/invoicing, collections and sales tax as needed

· Reviewing employee reimbursement reports and ensuring compliance with company policies

You have

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· At least 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting roles, with knowledge of accounts payable processes.

· Experience with NetSuite ERP and Concur expense management software.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

· Expertise in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles within a corporate environment.

· Experience in using NetSuite ERP for financial data management and reporting.

· Previous involvement in cross-functional teams for process improvement initiatives within an accounting department.

· CPA certification a plus
